The installer came out to put in 10 windows in my home, one person to put in 10 windows, he was nice, always very polite one of the windows was the wrong size and he had to come back, i have yet to see them. The day that the installer was to come back out he got a flat tire, said that he was going to reschedule for 2 weeks later i had to wait 2 weeks for the missed appoitment. When i paid them the first check i had to call and see when they where going to schedule the installation. I started to look around at the windows and it is molding missing on the outside of the windows, debrie from the old windows left and screens missing out of the windows. Good thing is they still are waiting for the last payment i may have to reschedule the last payment if they finale come. Last payment is not a little bit of money
