Have been deducting $59.80 from my checking account. I did not and have not request this service California

In reviewing my checking account I have found sinice Sept '09, a withdraw of 59.80 has been taken from my checking paid to MVQ Bargain Homes W, CA. I have not requested this service. I now have been holding on the phone for more than and hour and still have not been able to talk to anyone. Message continues to say, thank you for holding. A representative will be with you shortly.
