Charged my bank account without my approval ripoff Los Angeles

I was checking my bank account and found a charge from Bargain Network, who I don't know who or what they are. I never heard of them and I don't know how they got my account number. I called the 800 number and was put on hold for 1 hour and no one ever answered, I tried for 2 days with no answer just music. I could not even confront them for attacking my checking account.
