Ripoff, after signing up with this company they took 39.98 from me plus a dollar to begin service with them, I have never received any type of service, how do I get out of paying them

This bargain network has taken a total of 39.98 out of my checking account. I don't understand what it was for. They have not sent me any type of information from the time I have signed up. They are a bunch of liars and I want my money back. I will tell all my friends not to do business with this company because it is a fake and all they do is rip people off who work hard for their money
