BARGAIN NETWORK charging credit card after cancelling the service

BARGAIN HOMES OR BARAIN NETWORKS ARE FRAUDS
they tell you after you cancel your service you will not be charged on your credit card but they keep on charging you... They did not refund any money infact have done additional charges... On the card
if anybody got their money back... Please let me know
