My garage door spring broke, so my wife found this company on the net. They came out replace the spring and informed my wife, that we need a lot of work to the door... For a hefty price. Right, the door is only 6 yrs old. After they replaced the spring it had a excruciating sound like two pieces of metal rubbing together. So I told them that's not right because, my door never made noise like that. They said that was normal and sprayed some WD40 on the spring an left. Two months later I called them back complaining about the same problem, they said it will just go away. OK, two weeks later the door started stopping midway in travel. I called them back because on the receipt it states that all work is guaranteed for 90 days. This time they come out grease my tracks and charge me a fee. Now two weeks later my door falls off the tracks, they came out look at the door an said I need new roller an brackets. After we agree on a price, then they notice that the shaft was broke. They ordered a new one came out replaced it, then told me that the work was done a supervisor will be out to check the work. There is no charge for him to come out, four days later the company called an said someone is coming out. The same guy (the installer) comes out move three brackets around and then proceed to give me a bill for Two hundred dollar. Then he called his manager an spoke in another language after I refuse to pay. So please if you need any kind of work done to your garage door please Don't call this company. Because you might seriously hurt one of them for their shoddy work. Please think about my experience and don't make a mistake an call this company.
