Comcast withdrew 2 ACH funds from my bank account on a single time. I'm unemployed so when I understood what had occurred due to their site breakdown, I named to truly have the cash put-back into my bill. They mentioned it'd have a month to obtain my cash back. Why? They first got it in twenty four hours, why do I've to hold back per month? These 2 funds being removed in the same period might place my bank account within the shows with overdrawn check costs of $35.00 each. I tried calling and speaking with them in NJ, but was delivered to Europe where they might not support me. I want anyone to assist me within the condition I reside, not Europe, not Asia, simply the united states??? One individual mentioned they'd contact me back, however they never did, Comcast customer support never does call back, their customer support may be the TOUGHEST!!! I want help finding my money-back ASAP, may channel 6 helpline assist me?
