I've had terrible customer support with Comcast in establishing my new bill:

—9-3-09 was supposed to have my connection established when I moved in with no one needing to get in our house.

—Then, somehow, we'd a scheduled appointment planned on September 3 from 5-8 P.M. No body informed us, we were originally informed no visit was required.

—Then we'd the visit randomly transformed, without any one informing us, to Sept. 4th from 5-8 P.M.

-September 4th I named in 6 occasions, I got cutoff, hung-up on, mis-sent to tech-support, informed I Would be delivered back straight to revenue simply to return to the initial telephone cycle, simply to obtain the phone decreased, for that 3rd period

—A specialist named and requested in the future early on September 4th at 2 P.M. Three hours early! I been house, therefore it was good, but inefficient as Comcast often is.
