My spouse and that I bought a Christmas - tree on settlement in the Yard Shape shop in Lexington, Ky after-Christmas this past year. We introduced the container house and place it within our loft until 14 days before whenever we introduced it right down to set it-up. (Thus the main reason so enough time has lapsed.) Whenever we exposed the container there have been just 2 bits of the 12-ft pine without any documents or other things. We got to taking a look at the container and recognized that there must have been 2 containers contained in the pine and we'd Container W. We instantly visited the Yard Shape shop where we bought the pine, confirmed them our bill (which we'd stored) and described the problem. They informed us that people would need to undergo their customer service point that will be a contact address. We did this and described that people might the same as to truly have the additional ½ of the pine we bought or even to provide the ½ that people have today and obtain our cash put-back on our card because we didn’t get what we settled for. Their “customer care” informed us that there is nothing they might do for all of US because it have been more than 60 times. We went more to contact the boss of Yard Form, remaining numerous voicemails using their alleged VP’s and obtained no reaction from anybody. Today we can not actually get anybody in the “customer care” point to react to us. The very best they might do was provide us something special card for "THEIR" error. Why might you want to wait until after-christmas to buy the pine again? Why might I do want to invest another cent within their shop??? And so I rejected their gift-card and w/d I did so they told me they might have no more connection with me.
We’re out over $200 bucks and caught with only 50% of the item that people really taken care of. We believe Backyard Form has dedicated robbery and can’t know how they are able to escape with this particular. We’ve submitted a problem using the greater business agency however it will probably not do worthwhile and Garden Form could keep tearing people off!
