LightingUniverse or (ATG) are terrible. Their employees are inexperienced. They don't recognize their 110% value Promise plan plus they don't acknowledge their mistakes. They just place the fault on clients whenever you achieve assistance. DON'T BUY THERE.
I really donot believe you will find any supervisors in LightingUniverse or (ATG), they're couple of cowards. They cover behind the repetitions and do not wish to hand out their titles and contact info.
Within their site, a ET2 Outstanding E22108 light offers for $136 following a (supposily) 75% discount. I came across exactly the same lighting for $80 in LighingDirect (it isn't actually onsale. It is their normal value). After I requested LightingUniverse or (ATG) to recognize their 110%, they declined it and offered me a worthless justification they simply could not fit the cost.
