The online ordering process is too complicated and too easy to make a mistake. Customer service is very poor. I had to call just to get a receipt e-mailed to me. There is no phone number or contact name on the receipt! There is a 30 day window to make a return or exchange but it takes seven days to get a routing number. If you make a return or need to exchange you are charged for shipping BOTH WAYS. Restocking fees can be up to 50 percent - maybe more. Do not order from lightinguniverse.com or any ATG affiliates!
