2. He doesn't have the necessary relationship.
3. He employs unqualified workers, many occasions employees that stand beyond diy stores.
4. He doesn't have the necessary paperwork for workman's comp and it’s illegitimate to employ him like a company.
5. He can't use his permit officially, and certainly will only do handyman function, meaning he can't do careers over $500.00 worth of work.
6. He can't draw any permits due to his license suspension.
7. He doesn’t complete his careers, and leaves the customers half-way through the task.
8. He never gives proper quotes, and runs from money half way through the task.
