I contacted LU thru the internet on their chat service. RUDE to say the least. All I wanted is to give them my business as I am a returniing customer. When letting them know that I found the same product elsewhere at a lessor price, they said "OH WELL", that's our price. I supported this company prior by giving them good reviews and pictures or their products I purchased that they still have on their website. When I asked to speak to a Cust. Svc. Mgr., no one was available and they said it would not be anytime soon. I called back again, asked what was the contact person, they said whoever would be available. No where on the site can you reach a real customer service complaint rep.
So, "OH WELL", buy somewhere else... Which I did.
