I chose to go with Reborn Land Design for two reasons, the first reason John Gouse is a family friend, the second reason because he was just starting his business. I am filing this complaint for a couple reasons first the work John Gouse did has already failed. The sprinkler system that was installed does not work properly.
The sprinklers were positioned so that they were actually watering my neighbors yard all around my property boundary. John Gouse told my wife and I he would be coming to do work on our yard but did not show up until a few weeks later without any warning. We had other construction workers at our place trying to get work done on the day John Gouse decided to show up.
The second complaint against Reborn Land Design is that on the bill John Gouse broke down all his expenses including pay roll per hour and pay roll tax, etc. To come to find out from another relative that John Gouse has only hired illegal aliens to do his work and does not record any payments to them or pay any taxes on this money. He is totally lying to his customers about his expenses just to pocket more money for himself. I would never hire Reborn Land Design to do any work for me again!
The third issue I had with Reborn Land Design is that John did not have half the supplies he needed with him. He had to borrow equipment and supplies from me and turned around and included those supplies on his bill to me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had.
