I hired John Gouse the owner of Reborn Land Design to landscape my yard and also have some trees removed from my property. This was over 6 weeks ago since John Gouse started the work. I have 8 trees that were cut down and are still lying in my yard. I hired John Gouse to do some landscaping work for me also. The shrubs and plants that were planted at the same time the trees were removed have all but died. The plants were so much smaller than the flowers that John Gouse showed me when he first met with me.instead of carrying the plants around my house John Gouse felt the need to drive his big work truck across my yard. I now have giant tire tracks through my grass. Since this has happened I have made phone calls every day to John Gouse. At first he said him and his crew of works would be out the next day. Once he did not show I called him again and he has not taken my phone call or returned any phone calls to me since then. I have a yard filled with downed trees and tire tracks through my yard that have since turned to mud. I went to the address on John Gouse's business card one day to speak with him to discover that he is running his business from his house in a residential area that does not allow any commercial zoning. Not only does John Gouse not do good work, not fulfill contracts that he has signed, and illegally run his business out of his home. I wonder how many other laws John Gouse is breaking through his business Reborn Land Design? With the number of landscapers out there I encourage everyone looking to use Reborn Land Design to find a new landscaping company that has a good reputation and stands behind the work that is done.
