The website offers some hard-to-find items which is great. But three weeks after placing my order, I'm still awaiting word on the status of my shipment.in the meantime, they have of course charged my credit card for the full amonht. I have sent 4 email queries to their sales/customer service, received one reply one item was on back order but they would ship the remainder, but nothing since, and still no merchandise! They need to improve their turnaround time if Village Kitchen wishes to get business on the internet and particularly repeat business. It's particularly troubling that they charged me the full amount of the order before even verifying the items were in stock and available. If will update usacomplaints.com as this matter progresses.
