TREVOR GORTON DBA TG Home Improvement took $1350 from my wife in early July to install windows. We had used his services prior and my wife trusted him (he was thought to be a friend and we were trying to help him through a difficult period by giving him some business). After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I called him. He stated that the windows were broken. He said he would have them in by the following week. Two weeks later we tried to get a hold of, but to no avail. Finally, after speaking with his ex-wife, he called back in the middle of September and promised a refund. NOTHING! I took him to small claims in December and of course he was a no show. He is now in contempt of court for not returning their paperwork.
