Dissapointed Customer - wincore windows

Purchased windows from Sears Home Improvement was told they were good quality windows double pane outside should be like storm windows, had a incident Thanksgiving week reported, because it was vandals we would have to pay to have it put in ok said it was $100.00 for the window, got a call 2 weeks later, rep said maybe we can just replace the glass, talked to my husband he told them there was damage to the frame. 2 weeks went by another rep calls and ask about the window again by then I'm a little be deterred thinking they should have already ordered the window, another 2 weeks pass and they call again we cannot order the window unless you pay 150.00 to put it in. I guess in 2 weeks it will be 200.00. So its been I know 6 weeks and my window has not been ordered yet. There suppose to be a lifetime waranty on theses windows and I have had them a little over a yea
