This company is a joke. DON'T rent from them. My partner and I had nothing but trouble with the company. They would send notes in the mail stating that we had so many hours to clean the wood up on the side of the house. We called them per the letter within the time and we told them that there was no wood on the side of the house. When we would talk to them they were rude and they said that they didn't even know where the house was. Hmmmmm. We never had our rent on time to them. We mailed it in the envolops (SP). But is was never on time. According to them it was our fault. One time they said we didn't pay for 4 months when we called them they couldn't find our reciepts. But by gosh they found them in a pile of other papers. This company is not a good one. Don't rent from them!!!
