I went to hurtado property management to rent out my house in oct. She was nice at first but as soon as she has the keys to my house it all change. The rent is do every 1th and 15th of the month because they cant pay it all at once so i was been nice and said ok. But then rent is always late a week to two weeks i called her ask for the rent she dont have it and she give me and attitude telling me by utah law they have up to 10 days to be late and there is notting i can do about it. One time i went in to see if she has my rent she told me she deposit it but she didnt i look before i went in so she went to look for the deposit slip but cant find it so she told me next time go get the rent myself. So i know i was gonna have a problem with her so i started saving everything.in our agreement i have up to six months to terminate two months in to it so much problem i give her thirty days to terminate on nov 30 and she refused. So i hired an attorney he look through the contracts and all of our paper works. They send her and the renters a letter to send the rent to me and not to hurtado property management has been terminated. But Lisa told them to ignore it. I would never used hurtdao property management again once they have the keys to your house they dont care about you just want that 10% and think thats there house. I work hard to have my own house. All i ask is to please look into hurtado management so no one feel like what i went through and have a bad experience with property management.
