Held order until membership ran out, in order to get new membership fee

We have had limited success with Best Buy and the membership - at cost purchasing program.

We were ok with the Palm Beach store closing when the home office frooze our membership until a new store would open.

The problem has come in that the new store is now open. My wife researched and selected an entertainment center for our new TV. We did find that Direct Buy was going to save us money and so my wife faxed the order to the Direct Buy location on Sept 27. Our membership was to run out at 12 midnight Sept 30. Now you would think that the order would be forwarded on Monday or Tuesday, however, they sat on it until Wednesday and then called my wife to tell her that our membership had expired and she would have to renew in order to place the order. Heres the really bummer part. It would cost me more then the $159 to get a lawyer involved for breach of contract on Direct Buy's behalf, but clearly this is breach of contract. We will never work with Direct Buy again.
