I placed an order over the internet on January 28. They sent me part of the order, but were unable to fulfill the other part. So, I returned the wallpaper border I had received, since I could not use it.
They received the return on March 7th. However, I never received a credit. Over the past nearly 6 months I have called them repeatedly to find out when the credit will be issued. I have spoken with Debbie and Leslie in Customer Service. I have been assured that the credit will be forthcoming, to no avail.
Today I called for the seventh time. Again, I spoke to Leslie in Customer Service. I went through the whole story again. She checked their records, and of course, she can see that I am due a credit, but that credit has not been issued. She didn't know why and said there was nothing she could do about it except send another inter-office email to the Account Manager. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor, stating that she was a supervisor, and would not provide me with a name or phone number for the Account Manager.
I feel at a loss. They don't owe me much, but it's been — and continues to be — a major pain. They took my money, and refuse to refund it. They have definitely ripped me off. I strongly advise anybody looking to purchase wallpaper and/or other related products to stay away from USA Wallpaper because they are totally disreputable!
