I ordered wallpaper from this company in February. Received part of my order. Placed another order for more wallpaper in April.
Became suspicious when I was constantly told that the pattern I had not yet received was out of stock, being re-printed. I called another on-line wallpaper company and was told they had plenty in stock and would ship it to me within a few weeks. I placed the order and received my order from them within 10 days.
I canceled the remainder of 1 order and all of the other order with USA Wallpaper and was told I would receive a refund "within 30 days, but probably less". That was May 15.
After many calls to customer service, I have not received my refund. This company owes me $360.52. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. If that does not work, I will contact my attorney.
I will never order anything again from USA Wallpaper.
