I placed an order with them February 12th. The order was for a total of $236.36. I received part of the order on February 25th. I called customer service and told them the color did not match and would like to return that part of the order. I received my authorization code to return and sent the merchandise back with UPS.
I called customer service on March 23rd and talked to Amy. She said the merchandise had been received in the warehouse and once accounting received the information, I would receive a credit on my credit card. Amy also said my other part of the order was on back order for another 2 weeks.
I waited, and called back on April 6th because I had not received my credit for the one order and to check on my other back ordered items. Amy said they were still on back order for another 2 weeks. I informed her that since this was taking so long (since February), I would like to cancel that order. She stated it would take 24 to 48 hours and accounting would credit my charge card on that order.
I have waited and waited and called and called. The so called "customer service " reps are very rudy, uncaring and do not have a clue about customer service and what the word means. Here it is June 27th and I have filed a report with Better Business Bureau and they are not responding to them. I have just started a complaint with the States Attorney General to try to get my money back. So please, anyone out there - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!!!
They are stealing people's money!!! 1
