I placed an order for wallpaper & border on Dec 3 & Dec 26. As of this date Feb 15 I have not received this order. I got no response from emails sent. I called and was told my order was on back order for two weeks.
Every two weeks I called USA Wallpaper and was told the same lie that the paper was on backorder for another two weeks.
On Feb. 4th I called the wallpaper Co. (York Wallpaper) and was told the paper has been in stock all along and that they had no order from USA Wallpaper. I then called USA Wallpaper and asked when my aper was being delivered they again lied and told me it was on back order.
I demanded my money be returned and was told that it could not be returned right away. I have not yet received a refund. USA Wallpaper immeadiately charged my account when I placed the order which is not the norm of reputable Co's.
USA Wallpaper is a sham, do not believe their Customer Service Reps. I will now file a complaint with the BBB & FTC.
