I ordered 5 rolls of wallpaper border in November. They did not ship until December. I installed the wallpaper in January and had 2 rolls left over.
After two attempts, they sent me a Return Material Authorization form and UPS shipping label. I returned the items per their instructions and they received them on 2/9.
To date, after numerous emails, calls, etc.; they have failed to issue the credit due me of approximately $35. They keep saying the request is in the "Accounting Department", but you cannot speak to that department.
I spoke to the Better Business Bureau in Ohio and they said they have over 700 complaints against them for exactly this type of activity.
