my husband and i were putting new furniture in our livingroom, which then led to new carpet and then to new wallpaper... We had to have the wallpaper up for 48 hours before they could lay the carpet which was due to be laid within 5 days. We needed to get new wallpaper and the local home depot or lowes did not carry the paper we chose in stock... It had to be ordered. So i wrote the style # and color down an a piece of paper and went home and looked up the manufacturer of the paper we wanted and of course it was discontinued. So further investigation led me to usa wallpaper. I put my order in via the internet and ask for overnite delivery... The one of the customer service reps called me and ask me if i knew that what i was ordering was a double roll. She was just checking to make sure i did not duplicate my order... To me that is super customer service and they should be commended on that... Who would have thought that someone would care enought to double check the order... Great job! And will probably do more business with this company in the near future... Kudos to usa wallpaper...
