I ordered wallpaper in 10/09 and paid $249.16 via my debit card. Within a few days I received an e-mail from the co. Saying this wallpaper was discontinued, and I could receive 10% off the wallpaper I substituted. On 10/29/09 I sent an email stating that I had found the wallpaper at another source and requested that $249.16 be credited to my debit card. After a couple of weeks I had not received the refund and contacted the company. They stated that it would be returned at the end of the month. It wasn't. Subsequent e-mails have not been answered, and I tried to call them but the number has been disconnected.
