I made a purchase last week for some wallpaper and a mural. I was under the impression that the mural was being discontinued since the price was slashed drastically. This week I get a email that they made a large error with the price of the mural and cancelled my order. Within this time I paid a painter to paint my sons room to accommodate this mural. I've spent $250 to do a room to have USA Wallpaper cancel my purchase. I called and spoke to Debbie who was rude and completely inflexible. I told her I would pay her cost price for the mural for which she told me I was crazy. I was not asking for anything that was unacceptable just their cost price. That is a minor hit for a company mostly when it was their error. I find it hard to believe that an owner of a business would take care of customers in this way.
