Murals Paid to paint mural for son's room, never sent mural or refund. Rarely answers email. Said would do and send "again" but never did. No longer answers my emails

I paid for a mural for my baby's room and was put on a long waiting list. After 3-4 months, I wanted the status of my order, which I had never received, and did not get an answer for another 1 1/2 months at which point I was told the mural was sent out went out 3 months ago but she could not or would not give me any shipping or tracking information. She said she would redo the mural and resend in about "two weeks."

Still nothing two months later. I kept emailing since I could not locate a phone number. Finally the following month she said the mural would be mailing out "this Saturday, " but nothing ever arrived. So I filed a BBB complaint finally the following month. She responded saying she would ship it out the following week and I have still received nothing nor will she answer my emails.

After 9 months of trying in in good faith to get my mural or my money back, I have finally realized I've been SCAMMED!
