Sent 1 contractor to install 14 windows and sliding glass door Showed up w/out my door, said didn't order one, called and complained and they sent it to my house 3 hrs later Left mess behind when installing windows, left sawdust on my screened porch never installed foot lock on door, said it had one. He said that door does not have a lock, later on found the paperwork showing how to install footlock, called complained and got lock installed 3 wks later
Scratch on one window, called complained they ordered new one, I called 3 wks later found out it was never ordered, they ordered it again, came out installed it and locks didn't match up so window would not lock, still waiting on new window.
When installing door, left 1 inch gap around the frame, never put insulation in it and covered up gap with wood trim and caulk, also caulked all my window blind attatchments and cannot attach my blinds now.
Called and complained, they sent another contractor who had to redo my sliding door from beginning to end.
VP Of Sales said he would compensate us for all the trouble and not once have we heard back from him, i keep calling, he avoids my calls and has not resolved this issue. I have more to complain about but you get the jist of it.
