I had windows and doors installed from this company. They promised completion of installation by 11/11 but didn't complete installation until 5/12. They began charging me for their services before the work was completed and i had to get the financing co to intervene on my behalf. Finance company refunded my money and pressured Trademark to complete the work they had been paid for. Trademark finished the work finally but they installed a door with a deep scratch in the glass and it took weeks for them to replace the door. The locks on the doors don't fully lock and the screen door was so poorly installed that it came off the hinges and the screens were poorly constructed and are coming apart. Thermal tech is the company that provided the windows and doors. I have made many phone calls to Trademark and Thermal Tech but they both keep making promises to return to make necessary repairs but they haven't. I have left many messages and no one has returned my calls. Meanwhile they continue to charge me for these doors and windows and i keep paying because they threatened to put a lien on my home. Great customer service before contracts were signed but after the contract was signed the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I regret doing business with Trademark and do not recommend them.
