Shelbysshop ripoff did not ship merchandise

Never shipped Le Creuset pot I ordered despite several E-mails indicating they would do so.

I ordered a Le Creuset pot from Shelbysshop on the internet on August 10. I received a confirmation E-mail stating I should receive my order in 5 to 10 days. I received an order ID: 22608586. I have sent several E-mails and have received various responses but no shipment or tracking number as promised.initially the warehouse was blamed. Then finally they stated they had the pot and were ready to ship, but still they did not ship it. I now find out that Visa checkcards have no protection against consumer fraud. I thought I was protecting myself by using a Visa card. It is now 3-1/2 months later and I have not received my order or a tracking number and am out $59.92, the cost of the Le Creuset pot.
