I ordered a Waltz musical ballet set from Totsy.com on 9/10/10 for my grand daughter. This was my first order with them, had I researched this company prior to placing my order would have never placed the order. On 9/20/10 I sent an email to Totsy customer support to advise I had not received the order, they emailed me back "product has been ordered with the manufacturer, but has yet to arrive at our warehouse. Once it arrives, it will be inspected and sorted, and will ship out shortly thereafter. We ask that you please allow 3 to 4 weeks delivery time from date on which sale closes." Tjhis did not sit well with me had I known they would not ship the product for this length of time I would not have ordered it. On Sept 28th I received and email;
"Your item containing one waltz musical ballet set from Acting Out has been received at the warehouse. It is currently being checked for inventory numbers/quality control. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Also please note that my credit card was debited for this product on 10/6/10. I received an email from them 10/7/10;
Your order is expected to ship by early next week. You can expect to see a tracking number in a few days. I have called and emailed the today 10/11/10 and they have yet to respond only takes voice mails and there is no reply on the email's. I will never do business with this company ever again. They would have to prove themselves to me that when an order is placed that the product would ship in at least 2-3 days.
