I placed an order with [email protected] on August 17. I checked the status 4 hours later and saw it had not been approved so I sent an e-mail to cancel on the same day. I received an e-mail that a rep would contact me but they never did. I sent another request to cancel the following day Aug 18in the morning and again in the afternoon. I did not receive anything resopnse and I was charged 14.99 which is the non refundabel amount they mention on the site.
On August 28 my Visa checking account was debited 93.00. I contacted Visa fraud and was reimbursed pending investigation.
I received an e-mail on 9/12 saying they would ship my alternitive product and sent a list of terms they said I agreeed to. I again told them do not ship and received another auto response that someone would contact me but nobody did. On 9/25 I received an e-mail that my prduct had shipped, I have not received it or tracking as of 9/26 and Visa removed the money from my account because according to the provisions the company has another 30 days to get the product to me.
I have no choice but to pay for something that I tried to cancel several times 6 weeks after it was ordered and have not received and they are not even sending what I ordered to begin with. Not to mention they sent an e-mailon 9/12 pointing out that I had agreed to terms and conditions states they would send alternitive after 3 buisness days if they did not receive approva. However they do not have to stand by their conditions.
