Stop! Don't buy from Zoostores. Look for another vendor if you want to receive what you order. I ordered a massager from Zoostores on 2/08 and paid for it that same day. They charged my bank account that day, and promised to ship the unit by 2/15. When that day came and went, they said they had a shortage but expected to be able to ship it by 3/18. After waiting over a month, I asked for the shipping and tracking information, which began a series of emails from them, stating that they had not yet received the tracking number from their warehouse. Then, on 3/19, I received a call from the distributor who drop-ships items for Zoostores, advising me that they could not fulfill my order placed with Zoostores due to financial problems with the company! On 3/20 I wrote Zoostores one more time asking that they provide the tracking number, or refund my money. They failed to respond, and refused to accept my telephone calls!
