Nick is still at it!
We contracted with Nick Fitzgerald on February 4 to replace windows in our home. He said he would order windows and they would be in in about 8-10 days then schedule installation. After 10 days we began calling him. He said next week he would install. We called again and he never returned calls. We contacted Qualitysmith (who had recommended him) and they contacted Nick and was told there was a misunderstanding. We didn't hear from either of them again until we started sending certified letters indicating we are persuing legal actions.
Qualitysmith contacted us by email and said Nick was no longer a contractor they recommend. Qualitysmith did not follow through and call us back like they said they would either.
In our opinion neither of these companies should ever be trusted.
Nick should be in jail and we intend to persue ALL legal actions available!!
