In December my family returned from out of town. We found that one of our large picture windows had extensive cracks. Since we have a four year old daughter, we knew that we needed to get the cracked window replaced and update the others.
Nick Fitzgerald, from The Builders, told us exactly what we wanted to hear. Unfortunately, he took our 3200 dollar down payment and hasn't done a thing. We haven't heard from him for several months and he will not return our phone calls.
Now we have a large, very dangerous window and we don't have the funds to complete the project. Nick Fitzgerald knows that we have a four year old daughter and that the damaged plate-glass window is very dangerous, but he still stole our money. Judging from other reports, Nick's behavior is criminal.
Do not use The Builders or have them come to your home for a quote. They are heartless and gutless enough to take our money and leave our child in harms way!
