Nick Gottuso, Pam Daniels, and Modified Mortgage Solutions STOLE my hard earned money. Nick is a liar and a thief. I had sent him a check in November for a modification, and received nothing. He CASHED the check, which was a big red flag. Now their phones are shut off and all emails are being returned. My lender says they haven't been contacted by anyone from Modified Mortgage Solutions, so this has been one big scam. Pam Daniels had told me not to talk to my lender throughout this process, so I'm just finding this out now. I know of 3 others they've done this to. If any other victims are thinking of a class action suit, please post information here, I'm sure there will be many more victims of Nick Gottuso, Pam Daniels, and Modified Mortgage Solutions on here.
