I would like to revise a previous complaint. While i still have never received commissions from nick gottuso aka modified mortgage solutions i incorrectly named the attorney whose name he was using when i approached him about getting paid.
I had a long conversation with brian linnekens and he has since asked nick gottuso to stop using his name. As soon as he found out about my grievance he immediately severed his relationship with nick gottuso and modified mortgage solutions.in fact, he was also a victim of nick's. I just wanted to make it clear that while nick gottuso and modified mortgage solutions are the scum of the earth, mr. Linnekens and home credit law center were not associated in any way. I was lead to believe by nick gottuso that mr. Linnekens was his business partner, but this turned out to be yet another fabrication in nick gottuso's web of lies.
The bottom line is to stay far away from nick gottuso and whatever company name he is going by now, but brian linnekens and home credit law center are a properly run law firm and from what i understand they've been doing a lot of good in the modification industry.
