DON'T employ Pete Spaziano to complete any residential or industrial contracting.
Pete Spaziano currently conducting business underneath the title Metal City Contracting, Inc. DidN't appear on 3/6/07 to begin the job. I had been informed he'd provide supplies and begin the job 03/06/07. I named and quit two communications and my calls weren't delivered.
Our agreement is for $1400.00 to truly have a flat pathway and deck mounted in my own lawn. Before I closed the agreement I required copies of his companies license and obligation insurance and was handed equally including a duplicate of his drivers license. I believed the person was a reliable company. I had been requested, 02/29/08, to create a $700 deposit for that function due to Chris Phillip Spaziano and also the stability of $700 upon conclusion and client satisfaction.
Worried since I didn't get a return phone I talked to my friend who explained about rip-off reviews. I can not think this guy continues to be conning people since 1997 and it has not been delivered to justice.
Please suggest what sort of damaged fraud artist is delivered to justice within the State-Of FL.
