Plumbing technician brought equipment to clear our drain. Within 10 min. His equipment broke. He said that he had to charge us because he tried. Charged us $195 and did not complete job. (Another company came out and cleared drain with working equipment in 30 min). When I called the manager of the company to complain, he was very nice and said he would give us a refund of the amount. That was 2 months ago and we still have not received a refund. I have called several times and get the same response. That the money will be credited to our account but no money has been credited. Today I called and the manager told me he would call me back in 10 min. And I have not heard from him for several hours. We have filed a report with our bank and with the Better Business Bureau.
