I went into Terramor a few weeks ago. The lady working there, about 50, short white hair. She was busy talking on the phone and ignored me. I wanted to buy something for Christmas. I left after waiting about 15 minutes.
I came back again and she was there again. I again wanted to buy this item. I asked her if she could help me. She told me she was busy. All I saw was her using the computer. I waited again about 10 minutes and found her to not help me again.
I found this woman to be very rude and not want my business. I will not shop there again.
I wonder if her boss knows what she does with her time.
