Charges 25% restocking fee

I ordered a double roll of wallpaper that was not even close to the color on the website. I emailed asking how to make a return. They never responded so I went to website and there along with the directions to make a return it reported that Diane's Paint and Wallpaper Co. Charges a 25% restocking fee. This is so ridiculous for a roll of wall paper.
