My outside A/C unit went a foot under water with all the rain this year. The unit had sunk into the ground prior to the purchase of our home last year. J S Waynne Mechanical was the company my home warranty referred me to when the A/C didn't come on.
The technician came late to the appointment and said nothing needed to be done when the unit came on. I had him give me an estimate for raising the unit. I called and scheduled an appointment and they never showed up or called.
We had a few months of rain so I waited and figured with the rain on the day of the appointment they couldn't work on it. I rescheduled and confirmed my appointment two days prior. On the appointment day I called when the appointment time was almost up. The office was closed. I had the cell phone number of the technician and he said the crew was on the way. Three hours later he wouldn't answer his phone. I left a message and a page. After waiting all day, no one ever showed up or called me.
