My experience with Kingersons and Joshua was similar to Mark from Los Angeles. They sold me an outdated portable air conditioner model that did not function properly. They also misrepresented the square footage that the air conditioner would cover. When I tried to either get a replacement or exchange it, I was told that there would be an additional charge to do so. I then told them i wished to return the merchandise and i was told that since i opened the box, they would not accept a return. How else was I supposed to know that it was defective unless I opened the box? Stay away from these people. They sell last year's models and pawn them off as current models. They also sell non major brands that do not work very well.in addition, Joshua Kinger is rude and obnoxious.
