In 2003 I purchased a bed from Rooms to go in Austin Texas. The mattress was defective. I picked out another mattress and RTG picked up the defective one. This has now happened 5 times. Don't purchase a mattress from RTG. I have had five different brands and they are all defective. After the last defective mattress was picked up, RTG would not give my money back for the defective mattress but gave me a store credit. I went back into the store 6 months later to use my credit and it was gone! After tedious days trying to find out what happened to my credit... They misappropriated my money to someone else's account. I have been trying to get the monies back for a month now. RTG told me that Citifinancial has the funds and will refund in two billing cycles. I do not and have not owed money to Citifinancial in three years! I kept telling RTG why did you credit an account the I did not owe monies to. They are so stupid. It makes no sense! I still do not have my $900.00. Citifinancial acts like they do not know what I am talking about when I call them. They are sure quick to charge a late fee if you are one day late but will not give my monies back. RTG say that it is out of their hands... And they are the one's that misappropriated the monies! I will never shop there again!
