If you are dealing with John Ruckart aka Property Consultants Inc. Please take your legal papers to a legitimate attorney. Don't trust him or his "religious" personna. He is a crook. If you have a business and he offers to "help" you, RUN in the other direction. He WILL put you out of business. He runs a scam. He has cleaned out 6 businesses, that I know of. I was number 6. Don't be his next victim. He has no morals, and no ethics. If he recommends an accountant, find a different one, that he doesn't know. The accountant will funnel information to Ruckart.
My understanding is that several of his daughters and one son in law that I know of are accountants that he has used in his scams. I have reported him to the FBI, If he has done anything unkosher to you, PLEASE report him.
