I purchased a Memory Foam mattress on Ebay in January for $449.00 Plus $89.00 for shipping, Mattress was delivered vacuum packed and rolled into a round package.
This summer I noticed that the mattress no longer had any memory. It turned into just being a big piece of regular foam.
I contacted seller about the 10 Year Warranty and was told I would have to ship the entire mattress back, from Michigan to California so they can determine if it is a defective mattress. Then if it was found defective I would have to pay shipping back to my home. Now costing me at least half as much as I paid for mattress.
I then asked if I received another defective mattress who would pay for shipping again. I was told I would have to.
I viewed Sleep Shop old feedback and found another customer with the same problem. I have now noticed the same company selling on Overstock.com, should I contact them?
