We purchased this mattress along with a Tempurpedic adjustable base for $1700/each piece and it was delivered on June 25. After just 2 1/2 years, the sides of the mattress are very soft and my husband actually fell out of bed this morning because the side gave way. I called the Grand Haven Sleep Doctor store and they tell me the company that manufactured the mattress is out of business and they want to charge $70 to come check it. I sold bedding for over 10 years and never heard of someone charging to check out a defective product. They say that if it is defective they will give us 50% credit towards a new mattress but also told me that if the foam "recovers" it is not defective even though it is too soft to support someone on the edge.
